Just a note regarding the service we recently received from Wes as to the problem we had with one of our heaters. We were impressed with Wes!! His accountability of keeping us appraised of his arrival time really assisted us. He called a couple times to let us know when he would arrive and when he did he was all business. When we had shown him our heating system and the problem we were having he took to the situation immediately. He found the problem, (actually three problems) and resolved with the necessary parts within a couple hours. You have a valuable employee here with Wes and I wanted to go on record with you concerning his good service. I suggest you pass this to the owners as well as placing it in Wes's permanent records in hopes it will help him advance within your company.
